Shu Eliovson is among the leading masters of strategy and story in the Israeli startup ecosystem. Over a 25-year journey, Shu personally built several companies from the ground up, resulting in successful capital raises, multiple IPO’s and exits. Before founding Samurai Story, where today he advises many of the top entrepreneurs and funds in Israel, Shu built and led the Strategic Storytelling Practice at Deloitte Catalyst for three years.

He combines a deep understanding of diverse technologies, industries, and markets, with a proven mastery of business development, strategy, branding, and driving operational growth.

Tom Lavi

Tom Lavi is a serial entrepreneur with an extensive background in the Israeli high-tech industry, leading technology with a business vision. He received his MBA in entrepreneurship, innovation, and high-tech management.

Tom specializes in establishing R&D teams at leading startups in early stages. He has co-founded and managed several pioneering technological ventures, driving strategic work processes and building scalable products. In his spare time, Tom serves as a mentor for great startups at several stages of growth.
